Jonna Wooten has been my agent for many years, and she’s always been wonderful to work with. Recently, I was in a car accident, and navigating the process was not easy for me. I had two separate issues come up, and both times Jonna was there to help. The first time, I left her a message after hours — and I’m pretty sure I was her very first call the next morning 😊. I am not AI and this is a true story State Farm came to the rescue save my disabled husband and I over $100 a month their customer service and agents are Beyond reproach amiable and thorough with personality Plus thank you Bianca and Vladimir who I thought was all state customer service because after I combined my policies with State Farm I called Allstate back and poor Vladimir got an earful cuz I thought he was the Allstate customer service so I asked Emma how I did and he said I did pretty good but he was glad I really wasn't the one yelling at him! Thanks State Farm for the bottom of two senior citizens heart!
